Facilities and Services Cores

EHSC is comprised of facilities and services cores which provide scientists with state-of-the-art equipment, services, and expertise in specific research technologies and include:

Integrative Health Sciences Facility Core (IHSFC): Offers comprehensive services to EHSC investigators engaging in translational research.

Aquatic Biomedical Models: A facility equipped to conduct biomedical research using two of the most powerful aquatic research models, rainbow trout and zebrafish.

Cell Imaging and Analysis (CIA): Provides access to state-of-the-art instrumentation and expertise in confocal microscopy, flow cytometry, cell sorting, and histopathology.

Biomolecular Mass Spectrometry: Provides the mass spectrometric and associated analytical capabilities required to support environmental health-related research conducted by EHSC investigators, Program Project investigators, and Pilot Project investigators.
